Boarding the Tour
Our friendly dispatch staff will help you board your tour quickly and comfortably, whether you have made an advance reservation or just walked up to buy a ticket at the event. We have a heated waiting area for loading, and our volunteer elves will take your order for hot drinks from the Gingerbread House across the way in Plaza Wonderland. When your tour is boarding, Rudolph and the dispatcher will call each reserved group by name, and then board our walk-up guests in the remaining available seats.
If you are unable to make your reserved time, you are welcome to move your reservation until the afternoon of the event. You may also use your reserved ticket as a walk-up ticket any night of the event.
If your party includes a guest in a wheelchair, please let us know 2 days in advance so we can be sure boarding goes as smoothly as possible. The Red Trolley has a wheelchair lift, and our guides are trained to operate it, but time and space constraints limit us to one wheelchair per tour. If you require any other kind of special assistance, please do not hesitate to contact customer service.
