Winterfest Customer Service
Need a ticket? Lost your online reservation? Just want to know how to get to one of downtown Pensacola's great restaurants? We're happy to help you at the Winterfest Customer Service office on the porch of the T. T. Wentworth Museum.
Every night of Winterfest, our volunteers are waiting at the desk to help you with anything you might need from parking advice to information about other holiday events downtown. Just ask!
Need to reschedule? Customer service can move your reservations to another available date. Please call within 24 hours of the original tour time. There are no refunds.
Have trouble climbing stairs? Ask any of our volunteers in Winterfest sweatshirts and they'll call someone to come and assist you at street level.
