A Photo Experience for the Whole Family
Every night of our tours, Santa Claus will be waiting for you in his sleigh in Downtown Pensacola. Santa's sleigh has been redesigned for your whole family! Large groups can sit on presents outside of Santa's sleigh for the perfect photo.
Only one reservation is needed per photo group. Every session comes with candid shots of the kids talking to Santa, and we give you full quality digital copies of every photo we take.
Choose Your Group Size
The Single package comes with photos of one pose for one to three kids. Choose "Family" if you would like two poses. New this year, we have "Group" packages that are perfect for extended family with multiple poses and extra time for the kids to talk with Santa. Guests with reservations are welcome to bring their own cameras and take photos and videos during their visit with Santa.
Infants may sit in the sleigh with Santa. Other children and adults can sit on our special present benches or stand next to the sleigh for pictures. Pets are not allowed in Santa photos except for walk-up sessions right after the Elf Parade.

No more lines!
Make your reservation online or stop by to see what times are available during the event. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your reservation and check in at the photos table in front of Santa’s sleigh.
What if we miss our reservation?
We will do our best to work in late arrivals on the same night. Please expect a wait as we are often fully booked. If you need to change to another night, please let us know. A rebooking fee will apply.

Intrude Upon the Grinch
And of course, Santa’s favorite nemesis, The Grinch, will also be available for photo opportunities. Just like for Santa, guests can reserve their time to visit online or in person at Winterfest!
You will be led to the Grinch’s throne, located behind Santa’s sleigh. While he LOATHES visitors, the Grinch will reluctantly allow you to intrude upon his solitude and sit on top of a few trashcan seats for a photo.
Elves Await
You will be guided to meet one of Santa’s elves, who will be there with a list, ready to ask your children — and even parents! — what they want for Christmas. From there, the elf will guide your whole family to sit just outside of Santa’s sleigh, atop presents! Santa will read your Christmas wishes aloud with you before striking a pose to take photographs.

5x7 quality photos will be instantly texted to your phone. Full quality digital files will be available for download from our website within minutes.
Guests may also choose to receive a thumb drive with all the pictures from their experience at no additional cost.
Winterfest grants a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, reuse, edit, transmit and transfer these Photos with Santa to the bearer of the photographs. Download the Grant of License letter.
